Vice Minister Jiang Li said that as at 20 o'clock, 13 hours, the Ministry of civil affairs, the army, the local civil affairs departments and the Red Cross Federation had allocated 278 thousand and 462 relief tents, 783 thousand and 984 quilts, 1 million 783 thousand and 600 cotton padded clothes and 218 million yuan worth of food and drinking water to the disaster area.

Among them, the Ministry of Civil Affairs pported 181 thousand and 460 tents, 220 thousand quilts and 170 thousand pairs of trousers to the disaster area. The army pported 35 thousand tents, 100 thousand cotton padded clothes, 100 thousand quilts and 100 thousand combat readiness food to the disaster area. The civil affairs departments pported the 37 thousand and 859 top of the tent, quilt 403 thousand and 500 bed, cotton clothes 1 million 513 thousand and 600 pieces and food, drinking water and other materials to the disaster area; the Chinese Charity Federation pported the materials such as the 7 thousand and 400 tent, food and medicine; the Red Cross Society pported the tent top of the tent, quilt, bed, food, medicine and other materials.
