Notes On Washing Of Various Fabrics

Cotton fabric

Cotton fabric has strong alkali resistance, no acid resistance and high temperature resistance. It can be washed with various kinds of soap or detergent.

Before washing, you can immerse in water for a few minutes, but not for too long, so that the color will not be damaged.

Underwear can not be soaked in hot water, so as not to freeze the protein in sweat stains and adhere to clothing, and will appear yellow sweat stains.

When washing with detergent, the best water temperature is 40~50 C.

When rinsing, you can master "a small number of times", that is, every rinse of water does not necessarily use much water, but it should be washed several times.

After each washing, it should be wrung and washed for second times to improve the washing efficiency.

Clothes should be aired in the cool and clear place to avoid exposure to sunlight and fade colored fabrics.

Hemp fabric

Hemp fibers are rigid and have poor cohesion. When washing, they should be lighter than cotton fabrics. Avoid using hard brushes and rubbing vigorously so as not to get fuzz.

Do not wring hard after washing. Do not use hot water to make colored fabrics. It is not suitable to be exposed to sunlight so as not to fade.

Wool fabric

Wool is not alkali resistant, so it should be washed with neutral detergent.

The wool fabric should shrink in the water solution above 30 centigrade, so the temperature of the washing bath should not exceed 40 degrees C.

Usually, detergents are prepared at room temperature (25 degrees).

Washing should not be washed with washboard or washing machine. It should be gently washed and the washing time should not be too long to prevent shrinkage.

Do not twist after washing, squeeze the water with your hands and drain.

It is advisable to use washing machine for half a minute to dehydrate.

It should be allowed to dry in a cool and ventilated place and not to be exposed to strong sunlight to prevent the fabric from losing its luster and elasticity and causing a strong drop.

viscose fibre

Viscose fiber has a high shrinkage rate and low wet strength. It should be washed with washing and not soaked for a long time.

Viscose fabric will harden when it meets water. Wash it gently to avoid fuzzing or cracking.

Use neutral detergent or low alkali detergent.

The temperature of washing liquid should not exceed 45 C.

After washing, fold up your clothes and squeeze out the water in a big way.

Do not expose to sun after washing, and should be allowed to dry in a cool or ventilated place.

Polyester fabric

Soak in cold water for 15 minutes, then wash with a general synthetic detergent. The temperature of the lotion should not exceed 45 degrees.

The collar and cuffs can be washed with brush.

After rinsing, rinse clean, gently wring, put it in a cool and ventilated place to dry. Do not expose it to the sun. It is not suitable to dry, so as not to wrinkle because of heat.

acrylic

Basically similar to polyester fabric washing.

First soak in warm water for 15 minutes, then wash with low alkali detergent, gently rub and rub gently.

The thick fabric is washed with a soft brush, and finally dehydrated or gently wrung away from the water.

Pure nylon fabric can be dried, but the blended fabric should be dried in the shade.

Nylon fabric

First soak in cold water for 15 minutes, then rinse with general detergent.

The washing temperature should not exceed 45 C.

After washing, ventilation and dry, do not insolate.
