At the end of July this year, Sheng Hong also announced that the world's first professional PTT memory production line was officially put into operation.

The production line was developed by the Bama company to adapt to the production of memory fiber, which was successfully launched by Sheng Hong Group for the first time.

PTT fiber has the highest elastic recovery rate, and has the advantages of good elasticity, shape memory and easy staining. It is a new type of chemical fiber.

The production line has an annual output of 8000 tons, but now Sheng Hong group is preparing to build a two phase project of 100 thousand tons, and will also build a production enterprise that can pform 100 thousand tons of PET plastic raw materials into PET chips (raw materials for producing memory fiber), thus forming third PTT slice production bases in the world.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 1 billion 500 million yuan, and the output value can reach 5 billion yuan.

R & D center expands international vision

Sheng Hong has an independent innovation R & D center with more than 300 scientific and technological personnel.

The R & D center applied for 366 patents a year last year, with an average of one item per day, and 208 of its invention patents, and 9 new products independently developed by the provincial level. 3 of them were internationally advanced and filled the gap in China. Sheng Hong group was also an innovation and demonstration enterprise by the National Chemical Fiber Industry Association.

By buying the equipment of multinational company, Germany's Oricon, Miao Han has seen the innovative vision and strength of others.
