At present, 38 export garment enterprises in the city have implemented the process inspection mode, and the export batch and amount account for more than 80% of the total export clothing inspection.

The Fenghua Bureau has classified export enterprise management as an important means to strengthen and enhance exports, and now it has been listed as the one or two category of export clothing enterprises in 26 categories.

Under the full help and guidance of the Fenghua Bureau, Fenghua Ai Mei Garments Co., Ltd. has been exporting western garments and coats to Ningbo's first export exemption garment products, enhancing the visibility of enterprises in the region and enhancing the reputation of enterprises, which greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of enterprises.

We should comprehensively strengthen the inspection of export clothing safety, health and anti fraud projects, and take the construction of comprehensive laboratories as the technical support to shift the focus of the inspection work. We have successively classified the mandatory items of the fabric composition and the technical regulations of the importing countries as the testing focus, and sampled all the export enterprises to make full use of the testing resources in the system to provide technical services and protection for the enterprises.

Nowadays, the qualified rate of Fenghua clothing has been steadily increased year by year, and the technical content and the added value of the products are worthy of promotion.

In view of the complex and changeable international textile and garment trade situation, the Fenghua Bureau has established an interactive mechanism with local governments, garment manufacturers and key enterprises to give full play to the advantages of technology, information and management, strengthen publicity and consultation on policies and regulations, make use of the advantages of inspection and quarantine in information, and timely inform enterprises of early warning information about foreign recall, return, export disqualification, etc., and guide enterprises to actively respond to foreign technical barriers, and put forward relevant coping strategies.

We should do everything possible to help enterprises expand exports, speed up access to emerging markets abroad, and promote diversification of export garment market and product diversification.

As an important part of service enterprises, it actively helps enterprises establish and improve management systems such as ISO9000 and ISO14000.

At present, more than 50 export garment enterprises have passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification. Many enterprises have passed or are importing ISO14000 environmental management system certification. Export garment enterprises consciously organize production according to the international standard organization, and the quality management level and the international market share of the enterprises are also expanding.

In 2008, we passed the inspection and quarantine knowledge dissemination lecture, export clothing standards and domestic and foreign technical regulations training and internal auditor training, and so on. We have trained and inspecting more than 300 person quality inspection and technical personnel.

Through the training of export enterprises' quality inspection and technical regulations, standards and inspection techniques at home and abroad, the ability and level of key personnel in enterprises can be further improved, effectively promoting enterprises to conduct standardized and efficient operation according to the quality system requirements, and ensure the quality of export commodities.
