    Many old Chinese people will not forget that in 1992, the Red Star Knitting Factory of the Zhangjiagang enterprises in Jiangsu was in a predicament. The government decided to hand over the factory to the Huafang company with flexible management mechanism in order to save enterprises and prevent laid-off workers.

    At that time, although Fang Fang was not strong enough, he still extended his warm hand to the "big brother" who was a municipal enterprise and agreed to accept the Red Star Knitting Mill.

    But at that time, in the eyes of some workers in the Red Star knitting mill, Huafang was only a small township enterprise. How can the employees of the municipal enterprises condescend under the eaves of the township enterprises?

    For a while, many people visited the municipal government.

    Hua Fang soon persuaded the elder brother with facts.

    They rely on strict enterprise management and obvious market advantages to quickly revive an enterprise that is on the verge of collapse, and the welfare benefits of workers have also been greatly improved.

    People knew the strength of the township enterprise from this.

     

    One stone stirred up thousands of waves. The merger of the government "Hualang" type made the Huafang group expand its production scale at a relatively low cost and expanded its business scope to the knitting industry. The situation of "one yarn" was broken for many years.

    Huafang, who has tasted sweetness, has embarked on a low cost expansion of the ultra conventional and leaping development path.

    In April 1993, Huafang Industrial Company was approved by the State Administration for Industry and commerce, and Huafang became the first enterprise in Jiangsu province.

    In the process of pition from planned economy to market economy, some state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises are in trouble.

    With its own advantages, Huafang took the initiative to annex, and in the late 90s of last century, it merged more than 20 enterprises.

    In 1998, the sales volume of enterprises exceeded 1 billion yuan, and its business scope expanded rapidly to many fields such as cotton spinning, knitting, dyeing, weaving, dyeing, wool weaving, clothing and so on.

     

    In the new century, Huafang adjusts its development ideas in a timely manner, so as to enhance its competitiveness by increasing investment in technological pformation and paying equal attention to quantity expansion and quality improvement.

    By 2005, the sales volume of Huafang group has exceeded 10 billion yuan, and the scale of cotton spinning and worsted fabric production is at the forefront of the whole country.

     

    Facing the severe market environment test in recent years, Huafang has accelerated the pace of industrial upgrading, invested nearly 10 million yuan to set up the Huafang Textile Research Institute, and promoted the research and development level of products by introducing excellent talents.

    New products such as wool and polyester, high count tweed, high count wool, warp and weft elastic fabrics, nano wrinkle resistant top grade dyed fabric have been published. The "Huafang" trademark has been identified as China's well-known trademark and the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises has been further enhanced.

     

    Now, Huafang group is standing at a new starting point and has begun a new round of pcendence.
