However, the present facts fully prove that the enterprises that attach importance to structural adjustment, product upgrading, technological innovation, energy saving and emission reduction and better implementation of the labor contract law can get better development opportunities.

Second, establish a cooperative and win-win China EU textile supply chain system.

In recent years, through the joint efforts of China and Europe, the textile trade between the two countries has developed very rapidly. The European Union has become the largest trading partner of China's textile industry. The China Textile Industry Association and the European trade association have made positive contributions to this end.

In the field of social responsibility, China and Europe have also carried out a series of cooperation.

With the signing of the agreement on cooperation and development between China and Europe on the CSC9000T and the social responsibility management system (BSCI) of EU foreign trade association in November 18th, the cooperation and development of textile and apparel supply chain between the two sides will be further developed.

Ou Xin Qian emphasizes that social responsibility is a topic shared by the stakeholders in the supply chain.

Textile producers and purchasers should actively fulfill their social responsibilities. Especially in the current market downturn, the purchasing trend of buyers should be committed to supporting enterprises performing social responsibilities.

Only by working together and strengthening cooperation can we carry out corporate social responsibility and establish a harmonious, win-win and stable supply chain system.
