    In the past, as long as the ordering party was willing to place the order, there was no reason why the OEM company would not answer.

    Today, he sticks to a principle that "orders are not necessarily connected", and only orders such as Quartermaster products.

    Mr Hu said that he would prefer to make domestic processing orders if the profits were equal.

    There are many reasons, one is the impact of the financial crisis, and dare not accept foreign orders.

    He calculated an account: if an enterprise receives foreign orders and uses US dollars and Hong Kong dollars to settle accounts, it will use Renminbi to pay domestic expenses such as wages, factory rent and so on. Before then, 100 Hong Kong dollars can be exchanged for RMB 90 yuan, and now it can only be changed by 80 yuan, making profit less than 10 yuan.

    In addition, after the implementation of the labor contract law, the company will increase thousands of yuan per worker per year.

    On the other hand, becoming a supplier of munitions products can complement production cycles and balance production capacity of processing enterprises.

    The order for the army is 30% of the advance payment, and the pressure from the initial investment is not large.

    Obviously, the foundry munitions product is a fast and effective way of primitive accumulation. By subcontracting, it can also refine its production capacity and accumulate more.

    However, although Hu boss has split the business of the company into two parts, the brand and the OEM, he will not face the hard situation of finding new orders for foundry and OEM products.

    As a matter of fact, his company has fixed assets of about 80000000 yuan and employs more than 1000 people. Among them, there are more than ten designers (including design directors, designers, and planners), and more than 20 thousand square meters of standardized factories and ancillary facilities, and from the countries of Japan, France, Italy and other countries to introduce advanced international production equipment and production processes of microcomputer clothing.

    These "Foundations" enable orders to take the initiative.

    It is also understood that since last year, Bosideng in Changshu, Jiangsu has increased the number of small and medium-sized enterprises to do the OEM production to help them cope with the predicament, and the supporting role of the industrial chain for SMEs is particularly obvious.

    To cope with the external adverse environment, this strategy called "tug of cooperation" covers the whole industrial chain of raw materials, accessories and trademarks.

    At the same time, there is a vertical integration between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

    At present, such vertical collaboration has gradually infiltrated into Changshu's scale down garment enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.

    Many small and medium-sized enterprises take the initiative to make matching processing or OEM production for brand enterprises.

    The government also encourages enterprises to dispatch orders in the near future, encouraging more SMEs to produce OEM for brand enterprises, and extending the brand processing chain horizontally.

    Hu said that they could be competent in terms of production capacity, sales channels and design capabilities.

    Because they have not lost their own brand.

    Although orders for large domestic enterprises have not been taken, orders for Quartermaster products are enough to keep them busy for the first half of this year.

    The industry also reminded that clothing enterprises should not be obsessed with the OEM mode, otherwise it will make it difficult for their own brands to break through.

    Simply speaking, it will lead to the lack of independent brand in market sales and independent development ability.
