Shoes Enterprises Way Out: Dongning People Wenzhou People Join Hands To "Go Out"

Going out to Russia and running factories have been the unremitting pursuit of Heilongjiang's economic and trade partners with Russia. Today, the Dongning people and Wenzhou people jointly went to Russia to open up the usurusk economic and trade zone to Russia. They truly realized the "going out" strategy and fought for the first time: in 2007, the first batch of 7 Chinese enterprises settled in the economic and trade zone achieved sales income of 58 million dollars.

In September 2002, Jixin group cooperated with the shoe industry of Wenzhou and Daphne to invest 2 million 790 thousand US dollars. In the usurusk, Russia built a brand shoes factory with 14 shoemaking lines, registered a "NOKIE" trademark in Russia, imported half finished shoe materials from the country, and made 30 thousand pairs of leather shoes in Russia. The products won the Russian consumer market and the annual sales revenue was more than 200 million yuan.

When the Jixin shoe industry entered Russia successfully, Wenzhou Kangnai group, one of the leading shoemaking industry in the domestic footwear industry, was experiencing the difficulties of fighting the Russian market.

The experience of Jixin shoes made Kangnai group see the prospect. Kangnai group seized the opportunity of the Ministry of Commerce to set up an overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, and signed an agreement on the joint development of the Russian Wusu Rees East Far East cooperation zone with the Jixin group, which has established a Russian sales network and has experience in overseas factories.

In June 2006, the Dongning county government, the Wusu Rees city government, the Kangnai group and the Jixin Group signed the contract text of the construction cooperation area.

In August of the same year, the Ministry of Commerce confirmed the establishment of the usurusk economic and trade cooperation zone. The Wenzhou Kangnai group and the Dongning Jixin group successfully joined hands. The two sides established Conway international industrial and Trade Co., Ltd., with a land acquisition area of 538 thousand and 100 square meters. At present, the cooperative zone has 7 domestic enterprises, including 5 shoe factories and a wood processing plant, and a furniture factory.

Talking about the development status of the cooperation zone, Deng Gao is happy.

He said that before Wenzhou's finished shoes, a container could only carry more than 1 thousand pairs of shoes, but it had to pay 80 thousand dollars for the Russian tariff. At the same time, the containers pported to Moscow most often needed more than 2 months after several pshipment.

Now, from Wenzhou to the shoe factory of the usurusk cooperation area, a container can hold more than 30 thousand pairs of semi finished shoes, three times more shoes than before, and only more than 20 thousand dollars for customs duties in Russia, and only 15 days for pporting shoes from usurusk to Moscow, which can adjust product styles and prices in time.

At the same time, the enterprises of the cooperative zone also solved more than 300 Dongning people's labor service to Russia, and Chinese workers working in the cooperative zone can earn 1500 yuan per month.

Deng Gaobiao is confident of the future of the Cooperative Park.

He said that in February 18th this year, the ten ministries and commissions of the state jointly issued the "opinions on promoting the construction of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones", which provided policy guarantee for the development of the cooperation zone and the development of the enterprises in the area in terms of project approval, finance, taxation, finance, foreign exchange and entry and exit. In addition, governments at all levels in China and Russia promoted the construction of the cooperation zone as an important part.

In an interview with Dongning, the reporter learned that the county actively promoted the "going out" mode in the process of implementing the economic and trade cooperation with Russia.

In August 2007, Dongning Jixin Group signed a contract with Jiangsu Yurun Group to invest in forest harvesting and wood processing in the Far East.

Over the past 3 years, Russia plans to build more than 1 million cubic meters of sheet metal processing capacity.

At the same time, "Jilun wood industry" in Mudanjiang and Dongning County construction plant engaged in polishing, wood, finger plate, building integrated materials and other deep processing, it is learned that these integrated materials sold to Japan and the domestic market.

This mode of pnational processing using Russian timber resources has not only complied with the Russian timber processing export policy, but also accords with the development strategy of Chinese enterprises going abroad, and has established a solid timber production base for the domestic wood processing industry.

At present, the border trade enterprises in Dongning county have developed 46 overseas entities with a total investment of US $145 million using the mode of "semi finished products - low duty export - finished products and sales abroad".
