According to the data of Nanhai Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong power grid, according to the actual situation of electricity consumption gap, we should increase the peak load of high energy consuming enterprises. When the electricity load gap reaches 600 thousand KW to 800 thousand kwh, the power supply department will implement power failure in all industries such as cement, ceramics, glass, bleaching and dyeing. When the electricity load gap reaches 800 thousand kilowatts and 1 million kwh, the whole industry will be blackout in non-ferrous metal processing, toys, shoes and plastics industries.
