Nanjing Textile And Garment Quality Quality Pass Rate Is Low 20%
From the Nanjing quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the 3 quarter of 2008, the provincial and Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau organized a total of 136 batches of clothing products produced by 134 enterprises in Nanjing to carry out special supervision and spot checks. After inspection, the quality of the products was 115 batches, and the qualified rate of physical quality sampling was 84.56%, which was nearly 15 percentage points higher than that of the previous year.
The quality of passing underwear, winter clothing, children's clothing, windbreaker, suits and neckties was 100%. The qualification rate of trousers clothing is relatively low. A total of 11 batches of supervision and inspection were carried out. 3 batches of labels were not identified, 1 batches of fiber content were not qualified, 3 batches of pH value exceeded the standard, the qualified rate of physical quality was only 64%, 20 percentage points lower than the overall physical quality qualification rate of the city's clothing, and the unqualified items should mainly focus on three aspects, such as identification, fiber content and pH value.
The supervision and spot checks found that the logo is still the main unqualified item of clothing. 20 batches of the 29 batches of unqualified products have identified problems, mainly due to incorrect execution standards and sizes.
Logo is a tool for consumers to understand information about product performance, quality and usage. It is also the main carrier for enterprises to be honest in production, accountable to consumers, and ensure the true and reliable product quality. The national mandatory standard GB5296.4-1998 "instructions on the use of consumer goods and textiles and clothing" and GB18401-2003 "basic technical specifications for the safety of textile products of the state" stipulate that at least nine basic elements should be marked for clothing products.
Fiber content is an important performance index of textile and clothing products. Different fibers have different properties, characteristics and functions. Fiber content is the representation of the important value of clothing. The state stipulates that each component with a fiber content of more than 5% should be clearly marked.
10 of the 29 batches of products that failed to pass the inspection were unqualified, accounting for nearly 1/3 of the total batches. The main reason for the unqualified fiber content of clothing products is that some manufacturers lack a certain understanding of the fabric, and the relevant standards are not very deep.
The pH value is commonly referred to as acid-base. The pH value is the national mandatory standard GB18401-2003 "national textile product basic safety technical specification" stipulated item. The human skin is generally weak acid in order to resist the invasion of external pathogens.
The dry cleaning shop website points out that the products with pH value exceeding standard will affect the skin environment of the human body after wearing, which will cause skin irritation, swelling and itching. At the same time, once the environment is changed, the human body's resistance will decrease and increase the chance of getting sick. The pH value of the 8 batches of products was exceeded. The direct reason is that the chemical reagents are not processed in the finishing process of textile products.
In response to the failure of the supervision and inspection, the Nanjing Quality Supervision Bureau has issued a notice of rectification to the relevant enterprises, requiring enterprises to make rectification within a time limit, apply for reexamination as soon as possible, and investigate and punish enterprises with serious quality failing.
