    Shaoxing HUAYU Textile Machinery Successfully Developed A Mechanical Three-Dimensional Compact Spinning Device.

    Zhejiang Shaoxing HUAYU Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a mechanical three-dimensional compact spinning device.

    The device was tested in different varieties of 30S, 60S, 80S and 100S in Shandong decotton and Shijiazhuang Changshan. Compared with the original spindle of common spinning, the detection of harmful hairiness was more than 60% above 3mm, and yarn evenness index was reduced by more than 1%.

    The trial unit indicated that the mechanical three-dimensional compact spinning structure is simple, no need to make any modification to the original spinning frame, it can be used when installed, and the operation is very convenient; without negative pressure, energy saving and electricity saving; and without grid ring, consumables can also be saved.

    The compact spinning of this structure can effectively reduce investment costs and use costs, improve yarn quality and enhance the viability and competitiveness of enterprises.

    The common type of negative pressure compact spinning, its principle is to use the fan suction air to produce negative pressure, the negative pressure will pass through the suction air tank fiber bar cluster, then pass the roller and roller's jaw after the squash and output twisting.

    The structure is relatively complex, and the power consumption is larger than that of the mechanical three-dimensional compact spinning device. The grid ring is repeatedly tortuous and easy to damage, because the grid circle is easy to accumulate flying flowers, and it is necessary to do cleaning work continuously.
