Thailand Shoe Industry Orders Increase Lack Of Labor

The Ministry of industry promoted the director of industry, Mr. Ba Mo said.

5 industries are competitive and foreign orders are growing. However, due to the lack of labor, some manufacturers must reduce orders to cater for the number of existing workers.

The industry association has accepted the employment of workers, but in the past 9 days, only 12 people have signed up.

The cold air industry needs 1000 technicians, 3000 shoes, 3000 foundry and 3000 embedded systems.

Industry must have enough.

To complete the production according to the order, it is predicted that the order of the above 5 industries will continue to increase.

Last year, the total value of clothing exports in Thailand amounted to 130 billion baht, an increase of 2.14%.

If the number of labour increases by 12900 people, and the provision of training to improve the quality of workers, we can increase production by 10%.

At present, there are about 800 thousand workers in the industry.
