陜西省大荔縣面對金融危機影響，棉花售價下跌影響到面積的落實這一形勢，積極落實國家把棉花納入良種補貼范圍的機遇，實施項目帶動，增強棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展后勁，重點推廣合理密植、深翻改土、輪作倒茬、配方施肥、科學化控、綜防病蟲技術和推廣哈密瓜套棉花、甘藍套棉花、甜瓜套棉花等立體種植示范區(qū)，并利用科技“110”的優(yōu)勢，及時為群眾提供技術指導“一條龍”服務，力保棉花生產(chǎn)上臺階。眼下，地膜棉已到種植時節(jié)，棉農(nóng)們已逐漸在去年銷售價格低潮的影子中轉(zhuǎn)換過來，全力投入緊張的種植。
