Zhu Jixue, the engineer of the project, told reporters that the 6 workshops and 3 warehouses of the first phase of the project were all completed, and that the first half of the year could be fully put into operation.
The total investment of the project is 300 million yuan, the first phase investment is 150 million yuan, and the construction period is 10 months. After the project is completed, it can produce 850 thousand high-grade cowhide and sheepskin leather annually. It has become the first production base of China's top grade leather and the top third of China's leather. It can promote the development of animal husbandry, leather industry and luggage industry in Jiangsu, and lay the foundation for the establishment of Xuzhou animal husbandry industrial base.
At present, all kinds of equipment are being debugged. According to Jiang Ke, director of equipment, the raw materials of cowhide and sheepskin can produce high-grade leather products after washing, removing meat, removing hair, skin, tanning, squeezing water, cutting and dyeing.
Du Changle, a technician from Yancheng City world standard leather drum Machinery Co., Ltd., said, "drum" workshop is one of the main processes of leather production. After the original leather enters the drum, it is controlled by computer. Therefore, it is very important to adjust the working state of the drum.
It is understood that the construction of this project has laid a solid foundation for the development of goat breeding and leather processing in Suining county. Its products mainly supply leather shoes, bags and clothing manufacturers, and will provide strong protection for the development of Suining's characteristic county economy.
The development of county economy must highlight its own characteristics. From this point of view, the South China Sea leather top grade leather project is the concrete embodiment of Suining's characteristic road.
Suining's goat breeding industry has been booming for many years. In the past, most of them used their brains and ideas in mutton products, and the high-quality mutton products produced were sold to big cities or exported overseas. Today, the leather processing industry will undoubtedly open up an industry extension and a bright future for the thriving sheep industry in Suining.
It is reported that after the completion of the project, the company will become the first and third top grade leather production base in Jiangsu. This means that Suining and even our city's cattle and sheep breeding industry has a more solid foundation, the industrial chain will be extended, and its huge capacity will also be on the fertile soil of the county economy in our city, giving birth to another wonderful flower.
