Work Etiquette (3): Promoting Communicative Beauty
In daily work, the grass-roots civil servants have some basic etiquette rules that must be observed. This is the work etiquette.
As far as time is concerned, work etiquette is applicable to all working hours of grass-roots civil servants.
As far as location is concerned, work etiquette is applicable to all offices of grass-roots civil servants.
That is to say, on all working occasions, as a general rule of work etiquette, any grass roots civil servant should abide by it.
In particular, it is the basic content of the work etiquette that the grass-roots civil servants should observe to pay attention to four points, namely, dress beauty, emphasis on language beauty, advocacy of communicative beauty, and praising behavior beauty.
Three, the advocacy of communication is often different from the basic civil servants' work, but in essence, they can not avoid dealing with others.
Therefore, in the actual work, the grass-roots civil servants must strive to communicate in the United States, that is, properly coordinate their various interpersonal relationships, attach great importance to each contact object, seek unity within, and seek development outside.
The internal civil servants must first deal with all kinds of internal relationships in their units and departments, because they are the foundation of all kinds of communication that they have to face up to.
When conducting internal communication, grass-roots civil servants should be united, strict with themselves, lenient towards others, and good at coordinating various internal interpersonal relationships.
1. contacts with superiors.
In the actual work, the grass-roots civil servants can not handle their relations with their superiors.
To accomplish this, there are three basic principles: first, to obey the leadership of the higher authorities and to abide by their duties; two, to maintain the prestige of the superiors and to understand the superiors; three, to respect the superiors and support the superiors.
2. contact with subordinates.
When interacting with subordinates, the grass-roots civil servants must not condescend and bluff.
To deal with the relationship between subordinates and the lower level, the grass roots civil servants should pay attention to the following three aspects at least.
First, we should be good at "respecting intellectuals and respecting intellectuals" and respecting subordinates' personality. Two, we should be considerate of subordinates and attach importance to communication between the two sides. Three, we should be good at caring for subordinates and supporting subordinates.

Handling interpersonal relationships with colleagues at the same level can not be ignored by grassroots civil servants.

When dealing with people from all walks of life, the grass-roots civil servants must do the following five points: first, to master the sense of propriety and prevent misconduct; the two is to distinguish between public and private interests, and to prevent public interest; three, to keep away from the color of money and prevent corruption and degeneration; four, to face up to power and prevent money and power pactions; and five, to make friends and prevent gangs.
