To clean up is simply to do thorough cleaning.

Mr. Mak combined with the results of the previous stage of renovation, and said to Hou general: "the main points or difficulties of 5S management are not just to correct a mistake or to clean up some rubbish; the core of 5S management is to build a diligent, thrifty, pragmatic and disciplined professional quality through continuous and effective improvement activities, shaping meticulous professionalism."
According to Mak's recommendation, the company started the second step to promote 5S Management: after the implementation of the two "S", one is Seiketsu, and the other is Shitsuke.
The basic meaning of clean and tidy is "how to keep a clean state", that is, how to persist, make the clean and orderly work site become the standard of daily behavior standard; the basic meaning of literacy is "edify sentiment and improve accomplishment", that is to say, voluntarily carry out these very basic norms and norms in daily work, restrain their behavior and form a fashion.
Mak further explains that the latter two "S" is actually a concentrated reflection of corporate culture.
It is hard to imagine that customers will have a sense of trust in a company that is surrounded by garbage and dust.
