Office Stationery Management System
Article 1. In order to standardize the management of office stationery, we should make a special system.
The second office stationery mentioned in this system is divided into three categories: consumables, consumables and management products.
1. consumables: pencils, blades, glue, tape, pins, pins, notebooks, carbon paper, files, labels, notepaper, stationery, eraser, clip and so on.
2. management consumables: signature pen, fluorescent pen, correction fluid, battery, straight line paper and so on.
3. management products: scissors, knife, stapler, puncher, pen, code printer, name badge, date stamp, date stamp, computer, ink pad, etc.
Third stationery items are divided into two types: personal and department.
Personal necessities refer to personal storage items such as ball point pen, eraser, ruler, etc.
The department refers to the Department's common use of supplies, such as punching machine, stapler, code printer and so on.
Fourth consumables can be set according to historical records (such as average consumption in the past half year), rule of thumb (estimated consumption time), set up benchmarking management (such as ballpoint pen per person per month), and adjust the payment time with the department or staff's working condition.
The fifth consumables should be limited to personnel. Since the third issue, new products must be replaced with old ones, but pure consumables (such as straight line paper) are not allowed.
If sixth pieces of management products are pferred, if they fail or damage, they should be replaced with old ones. If they are lost, they should be compensated by individuals or departments and purchased by themselves.
The application of seventh stationery should be submitted to the Ministry of management on the twenty-five day of each month for the "stationery application form" to be handed over to the management department for unified purchase, and issued on the first day of the first month, but the application of management stationery is not subject to the above time limit.
Eighth departments have set up the "stationery and necessities record card", which is managed by the Department of management. It is used for login when stationery is used and controls the status of stationery.
Ninth stationery must not be brought home for private use.
Tenth stationery items are generally purchased from the management department to stationery wholesalers, and the items which are not easy to purchase or consume large quantities should be discretionary. If the special stationery management department can not purchase them, they can be authorized by the management department to authorize the departments to purchase them.
When eleventh new recruits arrive at the office, each department applies stationery to apply for one way management department to pick up stationery and put it in the lead card. When leaving, the remaining stationery should be paid and managed.
