Three hundred and sixty-five days a year, in addition to holidays, time is basically allocated to enterprises. What is the enterprise?
From the point of view of a migrant worker, it is more like a machine, a toll machine that provides certain services and achieves social benefits and economic benefits through services.
People who work for jobs are just like some parts of these machines. Important parts can also issue a little instruction.
This seems to be a bit of a blow to those young workers, but ask the old ones that they should agree more, but now the machines are more advanced than before, especially those imported machines, so maybe you need more functions, but the role of the parts can not be changed.
This is the right position. Next you are looking for the boss. In the enterprise, you always know who the boss is.
Is the boss still looking for it?
Unfortunately, some people really don't know yet. I often hear people say that he can't see a boss once a year. That's probably the owner of business owners. You'd better know your own boss, or your immediate boss, let me emphasize again: your boss, your boss is your boss.
Some people do not agree with him. The reason is that they are somewhat dissatisfied.
But what I want you to do is not the boss, but the position he is sitting on. This is the basic quality of a working boy. If you sit in that position one day, you will know that others are also your position, not necessarily your talent.
Let's talk about how to play our role well, one is the role of the servant, and the other is the role of the follower.
To be a qualified service provider, your big boss pays your salary, essentially buying you a service, so you need to use your skills to provide this kind of service, so the two sides can calculate business pactions. Of course, this service is not necessarily provided directly to the boss himself, and the range of service is different from your salary. You only have to provide services to get the salary, and the higher the service level, the higher the salary. Of course, this level is not for you to say, but the boss has the final say.
More often than not, your head office decides.
Therefore, you can choose what you want and what you want to do.
You do not want to provide more or better services, and no one can force you, but you must know that only satisfactory services can get satisfactory remuneration.
As a general wage earner, you have no subordinates. You need to serve your superiors, colleagues, and customers. Therefore, you need executive power, affinity and professional ability, so it is not easy to be a good employee.
From a manager's point of view, you usually have the most ability to see or execute. This is not only about what leaders want you to do, but also requires initiative. Passive execution is the habit of most people. You can do the same thing and do what you want to do and do it without asking you to do it. The effect is quite different. So, for those things you know very well that should be done, it's better to do it first than to wait for orders. Maybe someone will dig you up. You can't do it without fear of sarcasm.
But by the time you were more than 40 years old, you were an ordinary employee, and no one was pulling your leg.
I certainly do not mean that more than 40 year old people can not be a staff member, but I hope that those who will not do it will not let go. Many of these people are not without opportunities, but sometimes they look too heavy on their faces. Besides, the man who mocks you says that you are not guided by the initiative, and you are still in the dark.
There is still something worth paying attention to for the grassroots workers. It is the relationship between colleagues. I have seen many good young workers, because their work is not handled well with their colleagues, and ultimately affect their career development. In a sense, learning how to deal with interpersonal relationships is a prerequisite for success in your career.
If you work experience, perhaps you have a group of subordinates, you are the management staff, you have to expand the scope of services, not only the boss has more other departments, but also your staff, you also have to provide services for them, you will also play the role of subordinates or leaders, and communication experts. Besides executive power is still valued by your boss, you also need some balance ability. This is the role you need to play, and you need to balance both sides. Not only depends on the leader's face, but also his colleagues and subordinates face color, can do it well, and your management major will soon graduate.
Service leadership is of course your first consideration.
Why do your leaders not directly manage your subordinates? Of course, it is not because your level is high that most of them are to avoid excessive management, and you have to strengthen management by increasing the level of management.
Therefore, you should, on the basis of implementing the leadership's intentions as far as possible, provide the leaders with more information and constructive ideas and solutions that are needed to make decisions more quickly and accurately, so as to help the leaders make the right decisions.
You can't command them for other departments. They can't help you. This is a friend relationship. Therefore, the way to make friends can be used. The most important thing is to maintain good communication and increase mutual trust and establish a good cooperative relationship.
Of course, it is nothing more than sincere and respect for each other. Even if you are sometimes forced to harm others' interests, you must remember to greet them first, friends, who have not yet been embarrassed. Although the friends who put down the phone will curse you, he should understand this principle.
It's a bit like singing high notes and serving well. You don't need to be so high-profile and have enough executive power. Do you still sing high notes?
It is too normal for managers to value the executive ability of their subordinates. There are many people who believe that executive power is natural.
There are many reasons for the lack of executive power, mainly due to the lack of willingness to do things. Most of them are not willing to do or fail to do so. There may be no goals and no motivation. More people like to use pressure to drive them. If not, how they are going, so the whip will keep on swinging. The time is long, you are tired, and he is tired. Finally, the adjustment has to go higher. So this method is not useless, but it should be used as little as possible.
People who have no goals, you guide him to set a goal, do not do it, you teach him how to do it, do a bad person, you have to analyze the reasons with him, through your patience counseling, the ability of subordinates has also increased, self-confidence has also increased, people with ability do not have to drive too much, he also wants to find opportunities for performance, but also worried that he has no executive power.
My personal management experience for many years is that if you can serve your subordinates well, you will be much easier to serve your boss. Sometimes you may as well ask yourself if there is no help from your subordinates. What can you do?
It's right to be a smart follower and follow the boss, but you have to study well.
Most people do not need to consider the direction problem. Anyway, it is wrong to follow the boss. Wrong is also the boss's fault. But it's easy to follow suit, but we still need to learn. We probably agree that there is no good boss in the world. Changing is the characteristic of all the bosses. So if you relax with him, it is easy to fall behind. If you follow him tightly and fear him, you will run ahead first. After a while, when you suddenly want to go backward, you will become the last but the first. You deserve to die. If you still have subordinates, they will be complaining.
Therefore, keeping an appropriate distance (it is difficult to explain how much is appropriate and understanding) is still very important for you to walk well. In addition, passive follow up results are generally passive. It is worth your time to take the initiative to understand the intentions of the boss. Sometimes, you will have your own ideas. Communicating with your boss initiatively is also a way to avoid passivity. However, when it is best for the boss to be happy, you should not expect every boss to be empty minded, so that would be too naive.
Before you talk about service and follow up, you have a lot of disappointment in your work life. You just lost your self for serving others. Next we also serve ourselves. We can maintain a balance of mentality.
People who earn money and provide services seem to have been balanced. In fact, dissatisfaction is often accompanied by you. Salary seems to be a distance from your expectations. No matter how much you take, the distance can never be eliminated, so you can only make up for it in other ways, so you can reduce your disappointment.
The first thing you can make up for is to learn a bit of practical skills. Although enterprises do not attach importance to theoretical study, they still attach great importance to practical things. Management and technology are all real things that you can learn. Many bosses are at least half a management expert. That is, you read MBA, and you may not get such a good teacher, and there are many guys who have great skills. Where do you go to find so many teachers without money?
Don't waste opportunities. This is the chance that the boss has offered you unintentionally.
The most interesting thing about the enterprise is that it is not easy to learn, but also provides all the conditions for practice. You can take turns in different positions. You can increase your experience without old job hopping. You can also look for opportunities at the same time. Here, I want to remind some people who do well in a job so that you can't leave you. Don't be too complacent. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
Finally, of course, what we can gain is that we can make some friends. We should have a deep understanding of it and stop nagging.
