Sales Confirmation (Sold By Seller'S Sample)

The company is one party (hereinafter referred to as the seller), and the company agrees to negotiate with the authorized representatives of the two parties (hereinafter referred to as the buyer). The terms of the sales confirmation are as follows:

1. according to the buyer's request, the Seller agrees to provide the 23762 type 251 spare parts, which shall be shown in the seller's sample by the seller's sample.

2. the total amount of the sales confirmation is u. S. S. D. (uppercase: US dollars) for F.O.B. price, which includes the following fees:

All expenses for pportation, insurance, handling and so on shall be paid by the buyer.

3. A cash check is issued to the bank on the date of payment.

After receipt of the cheque, the seller will issue the following documents:

(1) air waybill;

(2) commercial invoice (freight, insurance and commission receipt);

(3) packing list in two copies (one in the box).

4. the goods of this sales confirmation are packed by air freight. The following symbols are written in English on both sides of the packing box:

5. each seller and seller shall have one sales confirmation in English, and shall take effect immediately from the date of signature.
