The seller and the Buyer agree to conclude the following items:

Packaging:

Shipment: pshipment and partial shipment are allowed in port.

Terms of payment: we confirm that the sellers must receive an irrevocable L / C at sight on the date of the year before the date of shipment. The certificate is valid for negotiation within 15 days after the date of shipment.

A letter of credit must certify that pshipment is allowed and partial shipment is allowed.

If the seller fails to receive the L / C before the prescribed date, this confirmation will lapse.
