    Leather shoes industry standard (2)


    Vulcanized leather shoes


    Topic content and scope of application


    This standard stipulates the basic quality requirements of vulcanized rubber sole leather shoes.


    This standard applies to vulcanized rubber shoes made of vulcanizing technology.


    This standard does not apply to leather shoes for labor protection.

    3 product classification


    It is divided into male, female and child vulcanized leather boots and shoes.


    4 technical requirements


    4.1 shoe numbers and shoe last should meet the requirements of GB3293.


    4.2 shoe upper leather shall be selected according to the technical requirements of SG355, SG356, SG357, SG358, SG359 and ZBY45003.


    4.3 donkey, horse and Camel Leather material refer to the technical requirements of cattle leather.


    4.4 the thickness of the main parts shall be selected in the range specified in Table 1.

    4.5 the thickness of the outsole refers to the thickness of the front part, and the depth of the pattern should not exceed 1/3 of the thickness of the outer sole.


    4.6 substitute materials can refer to 4.2 and 4.4 requirements.


    4.7 the allowance for each part of the pair of shoes is shown in Table 2.

    The 1 surface leather is basically identical with the color, thickness, grain size and fuzz thickness of the same parts.

    5 test method



    5.1 visual inspection


    Press ZBY75007.



    5.2 physical and mechanical performance test


    5.2.1 peel strength test was carried out according to GB3903 (knife edge width 10mm).


    5.2.2 outsole flexural performance test GB3904.


    5.2.3 wear resistance test for outsole GB3905.


    5.2.4 outsole hardness test: press the hand pressure Shahr hardness tester at the flat bottom of the soles, press the reading value immediately after pressing.


    Test the ambient temperature; 23 + 2 degrees C), at least three points, the arithmetic average is the test result, the effective digit to the digit.



    5.3 component thickness measurement


    5.3.1 the thickness of leather is determined by GB4689.4.


    5.3.2 the rest thickness is measured by thickness gauge or vernier caliper (accuracy + 0.02mm).



    6 inspection rules



    6.1 the appearance quality of the finished products should be checked by two tests.


    6.2 physical mechanical properties should be tested with three pairs of shoes at random every day. Peel strength test is done first and then other project tests are conducted.

    Each test shoe accords with the requirements of Table 3. If the first test fails to meet the requirements, the sample can be re sampled and retested for its unqualified items.

    If the results of the reinspection are not qualified, the products will be demoted.


    6.3 there are 4 major items in Table 4 or three sub items that fail to meet the quality requirements.



    7 marks, packaging, pportation and storage



    7.1 mark


    7.1.1 each pair of shoes should be marked as follows:



    Manufacturer's name or registered trademark;


    Shoe size and shoe type;


    The quality grade and the corresponding standard (that is the standard) number;


    Inspection chapter.


    The above contents should be marked in the 7.1.2 package.

    7.2 packaging, pportation and storage


    7.2.1 cardboard boxes should be packed, and moth proofing and mildew proofing agents can be added when necessary.


    7.2.2 corrugated boxes or wooden boxes for outer packing, and moistureproof paper when necessary.


    7.2.3 pportation and storage shall not be weighed, moistened, rained, exposed to sunlight or with corrosive substances such as oil and acid or alkali.


    7.2.4 warehouse must be kept dry and ventilated, and the product is more than 0.2 from the ground and wall.


    7.2.5 storage time should not exceed one year.

    Check the box once a season, and strengthen moisture-proof, anti injection and anti mould measures when necessary.
