How Do Domestic Natural Persons Register Trademarks?

In accordance with the provisions of the fourth article of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China.

The fourth provision of the trademark law stipulates that "natural persons engaged in production, manufacture, processing, picking, distributing commodities or providing services need to obtain the right to exclusive use of trademarks, and they shall apply to the Trademark Office for trademark registration."

After the new regulations come out, if you are a purely natural person, you can no longer apply for a registered trademark directly, but if you are the legal representative or person in charge of a company or individual, you can apply for a registered trademark individually.

Information is required:

(1) the identity card of the person in charge;

(two) business license.

However, when choosing the name and service name of a commodity, it is restricted by the business scope approved by the business license or the relevant registration documents, that is to say, it should not exceed the scope of business approved by the business license.

For example, the company's business scope is hardware, it can not choose clothing category.
