Therefore, no matter my subordinates or my colleagues or superiors, I will appreciate them as long as I have the ability and knowledge, and I will constantly ask them for advice, so as to improve myself.
Sometimes, in order to be able to work with competent people, I also give up other better opportunities. Compared with others, I always feel that learning opportunities are more valuable.
On the contrary, there is often another kind of person in life: once the ability is stronger than the enemy, it is his own subordinates to try to suppress, is their boss to do their best to defamation, in fact the black sheep!
Such a person usually can't do anything important when he is independent, because his consistent calculation has become a bit of a broad-minded mind. He is afraid of losing money and is afraid to work independently. He always wants to depend on others to eat as much residue as he can, and is afraid of being robbed by others. Therefore, he is afraid every day, deceive the superiors and deceive them, and is jealous of all those who are more capable than himself.
I have been entrusted by a friend to a company to help me. After he came to the company, he asked me to have a thorough understanding of the situation, so there was no specific position at the beginning.
