White Lies Are Also Needed In The Workplace?
99% of us have been attacked by white lies or hidden in good faith or deceived by others.
"You have a real personality today."
"Long time no see, you look so young!"
"I always want to come over to visit you, but I just can't afford the time."
Perhaps Carnegie's theory is so popular that these "welcome" white lies are floating around every corner of the office building, and we can not help but integrate with our lives.
Every liar tries to please others in exchange for other people's goodwill and reward, whether it is true or false, even a basket of white lies.
Another kind of white lies is "self preservation".
For example, it is easy to forget the time.
A liar is to avoid responsibility, two is to avoid irritating the victim, and three is to lie and become accustomed.
In the dream of Red Mansions, the classic section of Bao Chai flapping butterflies is a classic "self preservation" white lie.
Such white lies, though allowing speakers and listeners to avoid embarrassing situations, are likely to hurt innocent third parties.
For whatever reason, telling a lie to deceive others has long been a skill for many people, not even causing guilt.
Many white lie makers believe that white lies can be harmless and can play a role as a lubricant for workplace relationships. Why not?

The workplace treasure teaches us to master the necessary lie skills so that we can preserve ourselves at the crucial moment.
However, temporary preservation does not mean long-term stability.
If you want to stay steady and build a personal brand in the workplace, it is best not to abuse white lies.
In other words, do not tell lies, do not say, if not lying can not be done, but also to tell the lie.
