Two. If the foreign personnel recruited by the enterprise do not have the above requirements, and if there are vacancies in the enterprises, the Chinese people should be recruited first. Enterprises can enter into labor contracts with foreigners when they get the employment permit for foreigners, and employ foreign nationals. Enterprises can obtain a work visa ("Z" visa) from overseas embassies and consulates in China with the license and invitation letter.
