The first party (Party A):

Party A invites Party B to write the manuscript (or plated version), and sign the contract through mutual consultation and mutual agreement.

Third full draft numbers and illustrations (Photos)

According to the relevant stipulations, the fourth fees will be set at 1000 words per hour.

The fifth date of the manuscript will be completed.

Sixth Party A's responsibility

1. after receipt of the manuscript, Party A informed Party B that the party had received the manuscript, and it was reviewed in the month of the month.

Otherwise, it is considered that the manuscript has been accepted.

2. if Party A fails to modify the manuscript, it should sign a publishing contract with Party B within the prescribed time limit for examination.

3. if Party A puts forward amendments to the manuscript, Party B will revise it within a month.

Party A shall go through the examination within one month.

4. if the manuscript is amended to meet the publishing requirements, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the time limit for examination.

If the amendment still does not meet the requirements, Party A shall notify the Party B in writing to terminate this contract and return the manuscript to Party B, but shall pay Party B's compensation fee for the labor allowance of Party A.

5. after the signing of this contract, if the manuscript is signed, if it reaches the level of publication: (1) because of the reasons for Party A's failure to enter into a publishing contract, Party B shall pay the basic remuneration of the company's basic remuneration, and return the manuscript to Party B; (2) because of the objective situation, the publishing contract can not be signed, and Party A shall pay the basic remuneration to the Party B%, and the manuscript shall be retained by Party A. If there are third (Publishers) wishing to publish the above manuscripts during this period, Party B must first consult Party A for publication.

If Party A does not intend to publish, Party B has the right to terminate this contract and withdraw the manuscript and submit it to the third party for publication.

Party A shall return the manuscript to Party B beyond the above retention period, and this contract shall automatically become invalid.

6. Party A shall compensate Party B for the loss of the manuscript if he receives the manuscript.

Seventh responsibility of Party B

1. if Party B fails to complete the manuscript in due time, he shall pay liquidated damages to Party A for each delay of one month.

2. if the manuscript is amended by Party B, Party B can not return the revised draft on time, and shall pay liquidated damages to Party A for each extension of one month.

3. if Party B fails to terminate this contract due to force majeure, Party A shall pay liquidated damages to Party A.

4. Party B shall reimburse Party A for payment of liquidated damages by sending party A's manuscript to other publications or periodicals.

After the eighth contracts have been signed by both parties, the contract will automatically become invalid.

This contract is made in two copies, each of which holds one copy.
