In order to open up a channel for personnel training, speed up intelligence development, ensure the quality of trained personnel, clarify the responsibilities of all the training parties, and provide more and better talents for the society, the three parties, including Party A, B and C, have reached a consensus on this contract, so as to abide by it.

The first part of the teaching contents of Party A shall not be reduced to the requirements of Party C in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of education on the subjects and hours stipulated by the similar undergraduate (or tertiary or secondary school students).

Party A shall give a detailed introduction to the development of morality, intelligence and physique of Party C during the period of school.

Second if Party A finds that Party C has violated the rules of school discipline, it should contact with Party B in time and study the handling method together.

At the end of the term, the party commits "bad" in the end of the term, and fails to pass three courses in the semester. If there are two subjects failing to pass the exam in one year, Party A has the right to persuade him to drop out or cancel his school status.

Third party A is responsible for the evaluation and payment of the scholarship.

The scholarship is evaluated once a semester, divided into one or two, three, etc., and the specific assessment and distribution methods and standards shall be handled according to the unified provisions of Party A.

Fourth Party B shall bear all the tuition fees and scholarship fees during the period of school study.

The tuition fee is RMB yuan per semester, and the other fees are per person per semester.

The above costs of Party C shall be directly remitted to Party A at the time of each student's registration, or to Party A by Party C.

Fifth Party B shall pay Party C's wages (standard wages plus District living allowance, no bonus) and other welfare benefits according to the regulations. If Party A lodges and lodges in Party A, Party B shall subsidize the daily living allowance of the party on a daily basis, such as the new regulations of the state and the implementation of the new regulations, to pay Party A's lodging fee and commission fee to Party A.

Party B's reimbursement will be reimbursed according to the regulations.

If Party C does not lodge in Party A, the home shall be more than two kilometres away from Party A. Party B shall grant the monthly pportation fee subsidy according to the state regulations.

Sixth, Party B should strengthen the management and education of Party C, and constantly understand the learning and ideological and moral status of the party. If it is found that there are problems with the party, it should promptly cooperate with Party A's education and handling.

After the completion of the Seventh Party's study and the approval of Party A's examination and qualification, Party B shall arrange its work according to the professional conditions of the party and the development of the party's moral, intellectual and physical education provided by Party A.

The Eighth Party must consciously accept the education and management of Party A and Party B, study hard, observe discipline and abide by the law, develop from three aspects of morality, intelligence and physical education, and strive to be "three good students".

If the party violates the school rules and regulations, it should consciously accept the treatment of Party A and Party B.

If the party drops out of school or is advised by Party A to drop out of school or cancel its student status, Party A shall bear all the expenses paid to Party A. if Party C fails to deliver, Party B has the responsibility to deliver it to the party.

After the completion of the examination and passing the examination, the party must work in Party B, and shall not be pferred from Party B.

If the party must be pferred due to special circumstances, it must comply with the relevant provisions of the higher authorities.

If the party fails to return to work in the second party after graduation, or if it fails to return to the work of Party B, it shall reimburse Party B for all kinds of expenses and wages paid by Party B.

This contract shall come into force on the date of signing the Three Party A, B and C, and will become invalid after the completion of the term of study.

The Three Party A, B and C shall not modify or terminate the contract without authorization.

If there are any unsettled matters in the contract, supplementary provisions shall be made through consultation between the three parties.

The supplementary provisions shall have the same effect as this contract, but shall not contravene the contents of this contract.

This contract is made in three originals, one, three, and one party each. One copy of the contract is issued.
