　　5、報價有效期，這個有的時候容易被忽略，一份報價需要告之客戶有效期是多長時間的，因為產品原材料，技術，職員工資，匯率，海運費，保險費，國際局勢變動，國內政策變化等都會影響到產品的成本，所以必須標明有效期，沒有哪一種產品的價格是一成不變的。而且一般客戶對報價都會存檔，很可能出現半年以后，一年以后，或者更長時間客戶拿出當初的價格來商談，這樣如果沒有當初價格的有效期為約束的話很容易使我們陷入被動地位。另外還要指出報價的當時時間。
