　　5、熱情。熱情具有非常大感染力,你熱情將感染你朋友和你家人.沒有人愿意跟一個整天都提不起精神人打交道，沒有哪一個領導愿意提升一個毫無熱情下屬。熱愛是最好老師，瘋狂干自己最想干事，投入100%熱情，把工作當成一種娛樂，并享受在其中，這樣人常常在不知不覺中能取得驚人成就。

　　10、快樂。只有快樂人才能給別人帶來快樂。征服恐懼心理萬能公式。一、問你自己，“可能發生最壞情況是什么?”二、如果你必須接受話，就準備接受它;三、然后很鎮定地想辦法改善最壞情況!

　　11、胸懷。所謂胸懷，就是一股用盡天下之材、盡天下之利氣度，當然，還包括相當程度包容--對異己包容，對陌生包容，對不如己者包容。
