          很多人都在按照GTD的方法組織自己的工作、生活,或者應(yīng)該這樣說:很多人都想用GTD的方法去組織自己的工作、生活GTD方法本身并不復(fù)雜,只要掌握了五個(gè)水平流程(哪五個(gè)水平流程?)即可上手實(shí)施,但是卻極少有人堅(jiān)持下來,這里面原因是多方面的,比如說:

         

    1, cultural background differences


    2. Different living habits.


    3, execution is not strong.

          今天主要和大家分享一下提高執(zhí)行力的方法:

           從簡(jiǎn)單的、小的事情做起

For example, the goal you set for yourself is 30 push ups every day. It may be hard to achieve at the very beginning. Then we start with 20 days per day and increase 3 every other week.
