Notice Of The Fifth National Tax Law Animation Competition

According to the directive spirit of the directives of the General Administration and the Circular of the State Administration of Taxation on launching the 2009 tax publicity month, the general office will jointly organize the fifth national tax law animation competition with the China tax magazine.

The competition will be collected according to five categories of subjects. Please organize the work according to the following activities:

1. the competition is for all levels of tax authorities and enterprises, institutions and individuals. The participants must ensure the originality of the work and not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights.

2. landing the General Administration website www.chinatax.gov.cn or China tax net www.ctax.org.cn, download the application form of the fifth national tax law animation competition, and fill in the registration form with complete information as required.

3. works require:

The content of the work is healthy, closely related to the theme of tax propaganda, and has strong story, ideology and artistry.

The time of a single collection is not more than 5 minutes.

Among them, the duration of public service anime is 30 seconds to 1 minutes.

4. categories of works:

(1) publicize tax system and tax policy (such as personal income tax policy, tax preference policy, etc.)

(2) tax procedures, etc., to help taxpayers' tax service Animation videos.

(3) tax history, animated short films

(4) tax inspection (case) videos

(5) tax and animation public service video clips (duration 30 seconds to 1 minutes)

5. units should be invited to do their own job registration according to their own conditions. After reviewing the work of the unit, they will submit to the General Administration for the competition in accordance with the requirements of the competition.

6. in order to avoid the content of the entries, the subject matter is too concentrated, the competition set up the pre competition forecast name, please the participants in accordance with the time requirements to the competition organizing committee to predict the name.

The participants can adjust the content and subject matter of the entries according to the forecasters' names.

China tax net will announce the name of the forecast immediately in the fifth national tax law Animation Competition column.

7. the deadline for submitting entries is July 31, 2009. The date of mailing entries is based on the date of postmark.

8. submission of works: the participants should submit their works online by the China national tax net "the fifth national tax law Animation Competition" before the deadline for submission, or mail the paper registration form and work registration to the Organizing Committee of the competition.
