When I spoke, I also pointed out that in fact, our industry is linked to agriculture and is an indivisible industrial chain, which is based on the production and processing of special breeding, and special farming is a very effective channel for farmers to become rich.

The special breeding industry is very small and unknown, so the state does not attach much importance to it.

Now there is another situation: the varieties abroad are good, the same breed of mink, the domestic price is twice as bad as that of foreign countries, and the price of the same variety and the same quantity of food is doubled, which is mainly affected by the quality of fur.

At the meeting, I also suggested that the state build a base to protect the farmers in China to cultivate good quality and high quality varieties, and carry out scientific feeding methods among farmers, so that farmers can increase their incomes while breeding.

He Guoying: our industry has also accumulated some contradictions through these years' development. I think the biggest contradiction is the problem of non-standard competition. In the industry, a small number of people do business in order to make profits, and some are always engaged in low price competition, all of which restrict the development of the industry.

Now some people take the cost of environmental protection not into production costs, but as profit space, this fluke, temporary practice is wrong, certainly is not worth the loss.

He Guoying: this time just after the financial crisis, I did not bring a proposal, and plan to conduct a thorough investigation. Next time I submit the proposal. After the crisis, many problems are exposed. We also have many thoughts.

Although there is a financial crisis, from 07, 08 and 09 years, the annual growth rate is more than 15%, or even 30%.

With more than 50 patents, there are more than 20 invention patents, which fundamentally guarantee product quality.

Last year, we established the "Hebei fur engineering technology research center", which is also the only fur engineering technology research and development center in Hebei.
