But yesterday, Baoyuan industrial executive manager Ye Yimin told reporters that Zhongshan Baowei Trading Co., Ltd., which belongs to Baocheng group of Taiwan, has settled in three townships and will fully represent the brand production, marketing and marketing business of Baoyuan new channel brand "Baoyuan shoemaker". The first direct shop near the shoe factory will be opened in June.
Brand positioning "family shoe cabinet"
Reporters saw unopened store brands such as Nike and other foreign brands, as well as "Bao Yuan shoemaker" self created brands such as Dali, Yue le and other new brands.
Ye Yimin, executive manager of Baoyuan industry (Group) Co., Ltd. told reporters that the brand concept of Baocheng's shoemaker is a bit similar to that of Watsons, sales agency brand and its own brand footwear products, including casual shoes, men's and women's shoes, children's shoes, and all members of the family. This one-stop shoe sales mode with family line has precedent in Japan.
"Baoyuan shoemaker" is the channel brand of the parent company of Baocheng group in Taiwan. It is represented by Zhongshan Baowei Trading Co., Ltd., which was incorporated in Zhongshan in August last year. It is also the headquarters of Baoyuan shoemaker.
In addition to the demonstration shops of three townships in June, the good Plaza and Changlong will open two stores, and there will be about 30 domestic outlets in the year.
Making channel brand by processing advantages
The integration of its footwear manufacturing resources and brand building of footwear channels can be seen as Baocheng group's production and marketing supply chain, which is a major move for pformation and upgrading of the footwear processing trade.

Zhongshan Bao Wei executive vice president Zhang Yu Zhou said that the creation of its own channel brand is the group's efforts to improve production and marketing supply chain and work towards the "Smiling Curve" at both ends.
Many people know that Bao Yuan has strong manufacturing capacity, and can provide OEM for Nike, Lining and other brands. Therefore, the strategy of "high quality and intermediate price" will help them open product access.
Zhang told reporters that the foreign brand products placed in the store and its own brand products of "Bao Yuan shoemaker" are almost the same quality and workmanship. The price of the free brand product is about 6 of the former. Ye Yimin told reporters with confidence that the development of the brand channel in the future is sure to strengthen its own brand and increase the sales proportion of its own brand.
