Recently, He Shuhui, executive director of Guangdong Zhongshan Xin Shoes Co., Ltd. rushed to Yizhang county to discuss the relocation of investment.

"Give me 10 thousand square meters of standard workshop, I have to move 2 factories over!"

According to the introduction, last December, "Xin shoes industry" invested 2 million 860 thousand US dollars in Yizhang and founded the "Chenzhou Xin Shoes Co., Ltd.", which only took 2 months to go into operation.

Yizhang County, adjacent to Guangdong, is the first county in Hunan and Guangdong.

In 2008, the county was listed as a pilot county for undertaking industrial pfer and development of processing trade. The county has compiled relevant plans, and deepened and refined the provincial Party committee and the provincial government to give Chenzhou 34 new policies to undertake industrial pfer. In the 11 aspects of construction land, construction planning, environmental protection examination and approval, the preferential policies were clarified.

The county has made efforts to build "one district and three gardens". Last year, it invested 180 million yuan, built 20 thousand square meter standard workshop and 8600 square meter staff quarters, and reconstructed and expanded the old factory buildings in Baishi Du Town and Chengnan Township, and successfully revitalize 52 thousand square meters.

This year, the county has put in another 300 million yuan, and the construction of the standard plant is 50 thousand square meters.

The county also made great efforts to improve the park's water, electricity, roads and other infrastructure facilities and supporting projects.

Good investment environment makes Yizhang rapidly become a hot spot for enterprises to compete for "scramble for land". Only last year, more than 200 Cantonese enterprises came to the county to investigate and negotiate, and 15 enterprises were successfully stationed in the county, and 70 thousand square meters of standard factory buildings were rented out.

During the Spring Festival this year, more than 20 PRD enterprises came to discuss workshop leasing.

According to the county's labor department, 15 Cantonese enterprises that took over last year could solve more than 10 thousand jobs.

Last year, the total import and export volume of processing trade in the county ranked third in the 20 counties and cities that undertake industrial pfer, development and processing trade.
