Moreover, under the financial crisis, China has promulgated a series of policies and measures to stimulate domestic demand to ensure steady and rapid economic development. According to customs statistics, the number of imported shoe making equipment in China has been greatly reduced since 2002. Shoemaking machinery in Wenzhou, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Fujian has developed rapidly.

At present, there are more than 100 shoe making machinery enterprises in Wenzhou. The varieties basically cover all aspects of shoemaking process, fully equipped with the output capacity of the whole plant. The technical content and grade of the products are close to or even surpass the level of the shoe machine in Taiwan, and are integrated into the design of Italy shoe machine and the production concept of industrial products. Wenzhou Dalong, Wenzhou Oujiang, BondA shoe machine, Hongye precision machine, Dalong machinery; Jiangsu Hua Ying shoes machine, developed shoe machine, Hengyuan shoe machine; Guangdong's ILLY shoe making machinery, Qifeng shoe making machinery, Kyushu machinery, Nanhai Yongzheng shoe machine; Jinjiang Zhongtai shoe machine, eight shoe clothing set up plant, Kai Jia Machinery and other enterprises all have their own characteristics in product technology level, production management and market sales, and some products are in the leading industry level. At present, the shoe machine products produced by shoe makers in China are basically manufactured from shoe design, manufacture equipment, molding equipment to sole installation, shoe decoration and laboratory equipment, and the quality is stable. With the integration of the global economy, the shoe machine industry is facing new opportunities. China's shoe machine enterprises have got a good chance to speed up the development again. With China becoming the world's shoe processing base, shoe machine enterprises have completed the accumulation of capital and technology at the initial stage of their business. In the future, according to the technological improvement of shoe factories, we will design and produce new machines, improve the ability of developing new products, create shoes brands in China and shoes machines with special features in China. The quality of shoe-making machines in China has been stable, and the export of shoe machines will have considerable room for development.
