But while worrying about business, many enterprises are worried about recruiting dissatisfied workers. Some enterprises even have to give up part of their orders due to labor factors.

Zhejiang Yu Yu Industrial Limited by Share Ltd also needs to further expand its scale due to its larger business. Now it has invested about 60000000 yuan to start building more than 40 thousand square meters of new factory buildings, and plans to put into operation on New Year's day in 2011.

The booming production business also contributed to the growth of investment.

Reporters learned from the Municipal Economic and Trade Bureau, from 1 to February this year, the clothing industry in our city has 29 productive investment projects, and actually completed the investment of 99 million 790 thousand yuan, an increase of 379.1% over the same period last year.

"Last year, due to the impact of the international financial crisis, some industries in our city were sluggish in investment and the output value declined, while the garment industry showed a steady growth trend. The total industrial investment in the whole year was 400 million yuan, and realized a profit of 340 million yuan, an increase of 8.9%.

It can be seen that clothing is a pillar industry in our city. After so many years of development, its manufacturing advantages are quite obvious, customers are more stable, and the industrial expansion space is increasing.

Lu Jinsong, director of the investment and planning section of the Municipal Economic and Trade Bureau, said.

However, in garment enterprises, the problem of insufficient employment is also becoming increasingly prominent as orders are abundant and production businesses are adequate.

According to the city's labor department survey, the current labor shortage in our city is more than 10 thousand, mainly concentrated in clothing, bags and other labor-intensive industries, and some small and medium enterprises are more difficult to recruit workers.

In order to recruit workers, some garment enterprises are pulling cars at the bus stop and railway station, and some stalls on the streets in the market towns, but they still can not achieve full production.

"The difficulty of employment in different degrees in recent years indicates that the garment industry in Pinghu should be innovating and developing, and can no longer take the road of low cost and low income."

Li Shilin, chairman of Jiaxing Meng Shi clothing Limited company, believes that in recent years, the rapid economic development of some provinces and cities in mainland China has led many migrant workers to return to their hometown.

For the company, the number of new residents has been decreasing in recent years.

This is also illustrated by the statistics of the new residential Affairs Bureau of the city. By March 31st this year, the number of new residents counted by the Bureau was 257 thousand, while the number of new residents who worked in our city at the end of last year amounted to 290 thousand.

Coupled with the rapid development of high-tech enterprises and service industries, such as light and electrical, and so on, it compresses the space of traditional industries such as clothing and other traditional industries to absorb labor.
