Cross Strait Garment Industry Experts And Executives Explore Ways Of Industrial Development

In April 18th, 45 university scholars, textile experts and garment executives from the two sides of the Taiwan Straits converged on the "famous Chinese leisure clothing city" to discuss new technologies of textile and clothing and explore new ways of industrial docking.

7 experts from Professor Zheng Guobin, professor and director of fiber and composite materials department of Feng Jia University, and Su Qing Yuan, an associate professor of polymer science and Technology Department of Taiwan University of science and technology, have carried out an exchange with 15 experts, including Qiu Yiping, Dean of the textile School of Donghua University in Taiwan, and Wang Rui, Dean of textile School of Tianjin University of Technology. They have discussed the new technologies of functional textiles, new technologies for dyeing and finishing, energy saving and emission reduction, textile and garment industry information technology, textile fashion design and market development.

On the same day, Quanzhou commodity fair and the thirteenth cross strait textile and garment Exposition 2010 casual wear Expo opened in Shishi.

As one of the supporting activities of the thirteenth Haibo conference, the scientific and technological Symposium and project docking ceremony of the cross strait textile and garment industry was held ceremoniously.

According to the author's understanding, all the invitations of the seminar are first-rate experts in the textile and garment industry across the Taiwan Straits.

The guests attended this event, including Donghua University, Tianjin University of Technology, Wuhan Textile University, Soochow University, China Textile Scientific Research Institute and other domestic textile academia experts, including Taiwan Tainan science and Technology University, Taiwan science and Technology University, cultural university, Feng Jia University and other textile clothing academic experts, as well as the Taiwan textile and clothing industry industry executives.

This seminar is sponsored by the people's Government of Shishi, and organized by Shishi science and Technology Tourism Bureau and Shishi sub center of textile engineering technology center of Haixi Industrial Technology Research Institute.

The seminar took the form of government guidance, enterprise participation, multi faceted cooperation of technology and talents, and facilitated the docking of 9 scientific research projects of CABBEEN, great emperor, crown Hong and other 9 universities on the two sides of the Taiwan Straits to the textile and clothing research projects, and promoted the pformation of scientific research projects into productive forces, and promoted the development of textile science and technology industry in Shishi.
