    China Consumer Association Quarterly Report: Clothing Shoes And Hat Industry Has The Most Complaints.

    Shoes And Clothing Complaints

    On the morning of April 20th, China Consumers Association released the first quarter complaints analysis report today. According to the report, from the complaint volume of various goods and services, the top five complaints in the 1 quarter were clothing shoes and hats, mobile phones, telecommunications, food and sales.

    The report pointed out that in the first quarter, the number of complaints about household machinery, service and other categories increased year by year, and the number of complaints against other categories decreased to varying degrees. In the 1 quarter, the relatively large volume of complaints increased year-on-year in health food, automobiles and health products. The relatively large increase in services was air transport, agricultural production technology and the Internet. The relatively large volume of complaints was seed seedlings, fertilizer, mobile phones and food. The relatively large fall in services were postal / express, medical and laundry industries. Judging from the volume of complaints about goods and services, the top five complaints in the 1 quarter were clothing shoes and hats, mobile phones, telecommunications, food and sales.


    According to the industry, the air traffic service complaints increased by 183.3% in the 1 quarter, and the complaints of railway transportation services increased by 33.9% over the same period. The number of complaints about agricultural production technology services increased by 117.4% compared with the same period last year; the number of complaints on Internet services increased by 75.7% over the same period; the number of health food complaints increased by 58.6% over the same period, and the number of health care products complaints increased by 42.1% over the same period last year. The number of complaints increased by 54.7%, and the number of car complaints increased by 54.7% over the same period last year. Quality and safety issues became the focus of consumer attention.
