Isotonic contraction is an important method of rehabilitation therapy for osteoarthritis patients.
2. Joint activity exercise: joint exercise is usually the first step in the rehabilitation process.
The main purpose is to reduce stiffness and increase joint activity to prevent soft tissue contracture.
Mild pain and stiffness can choose to exercise before going to bed and move slowly in the range of patients' comfort, so that the joint movement has a little resistance at the end and stays between 10 and 30 seconds at the limit of joint movement.
3, aerobic exercise: refers to the body in the full supply of oxygen under the condition of physical exercise.
That is to say, during exercise, the oxygen inhaled by human body is equal to the demand and reaches the physiological balance.
Aerobic exercise can cause a variety of physiological changes to prevent the aging of the body.
These include improving body oxygen consumption, improving islet function, regulating plasma lipoprotein composition and lowering blood pressure.
The daily exercise time is 20 to 30 minutes.
Exercise 3 days a week, no more than 4 days.
