Anhui Speeds Up Structural Adjustment Of &Nbsp; Characteristic Textile Becomes Climate.

The traditional Anhui textile industry always takes cotton spinning as the main body, and features silk, chemical fibre and hemp spinning.

But in 2009, the output value of Anhui's cotton textile accounted for only 27% of the total output value of the textile industry, while the output value of clothing exceeded that of the cotton spinning and weaving industry, accounting for 28% of the total output value of the industry.

The marked change of clothing output value exceeds cotton spinning, which shows that Anhui textile industry has made remarkable achievements in undertaking industrial pfer and adjusting product structure in recent years.

　　據相關統計部門透露，在中西部各省市承接服裝產業轉移過程中，安徽是落戶企業最多的省份。在2006年度中國紡織行業銷售收入百強企業排名中，安徽紡織企業僅有鴻潤一家入圍，沒有一個中國名牌或中國馳名商標。而最近幾年，安徽紡織服裝業迅猛發展，香港聯亞、浙江太子龍、福建利郎、上海絲綢公司等眾多來自全國尤其是東部沿海地區的骨干企業紛紛入駐安徽各地工業園區，而促使這一現象形成的正是沿海地區服裝產業轉移的洶涌大潮。

This indicates that the textile industry, one of the four main industries in Wanjiang City belt, will usher in a flourishing spring.

　　創新模式轉變增長方式  

　　金融危機爆發以來，紡織工業備受沖擊。從全國來看，近1/3的紡織企業銷售收入有所增長，而2/3的企業處境艱難。然而，由于承接產業轉移和調整結構取得明顯成效，安徽紡織行業運行良好，一批專、精、特、新的中小企業在困境中逆勢而為。這充分證明決定企業抵御風險能力的不是規模，而是增長方式和產品結構。  

In the face of unfavorable situation, a group of textile research institutes and enterprises in Anhui have been quietly studying the new technology and innovating continuously in product development. 　　招商引資形成各地特色  

　　“十一五”期間，安徽紡織行業一方面實施大開放、市場化和可持續發展戰略，突出招商引資主線，集中優勢資源，瞄準重點產業，聚焦重大項目，實施大規模技術改造；另一方面著力推動專業城鎮和產業集群發展。  

In Wangjiang County, southwest of Anhui, Meitai chemical fiber completed investment of 787 million yuan, a one-time trial production was successful; Shenzhou knitting phase 1 completed investment of 200 million yuan, two phase project has been launched; Liang textile two phase investment 126 million yuan project has been completed, the new 30 thousand spindles spinning project has been officially put into production; Zhejiang Yue long Holdings Group 1 billion 500 million yuan investment in viscose staple fiber project phase I successfully completed pilot production.

The town of Sun Village, Fanchang County, is the largest textile and garment processing base in southeastern Anhui. It is known as "the first garment town in Anhui".

In order to make Sun Village "go out", the local government and industry associations have actively bridged the bridge with the garment association of developed regions, and have organized many enterprises to participate in exhibitions and exhibitions such as China (Shenzhen) international brand clothing fair, Jiangsu International Fashion Festival, etc., to show the image and strength of Sun Village textile and garment industry.

The first half of 2009 is the most difficult period for the textile industry. 1~5 Anhui textile industry completed export delivery value of 3 billion 700 million yuan, an increase of 22% over the same period, while the value of delivery of textile and garment exports nationwide dropped by more than 8% over the same period.

During this period, only 7 western and central provinces increased exports year-on-year, and Anhui's export growth ranked first in the country for the first time.

Since the implementation of the plan to promote the rise of the central region, the counties and cities in Anhui have actively undertaken the textile industry pfer in the coastal developed areas, and made great progress in the construction of textile industrial clusters and the adjustment of industrial structure.
