After repeated mediation by the court, the two parties finally voluntarily reached a settlement agreement: the franchised store immediately stopped playing the song "the water village of dreams"; the shoe enterprises and their stores compensate the economic loss of the Chinese Music Copyright Association for 7500 yuan. If it fails to perform, the Phonetic Association has the right to apply for the execution of the court according to the amount of 20 thousand yuan of the amount of compensation it claims.
