    It is the hospital's innovative practice in specialty setting, training mode and teaching method. This year, 43 students of fashion design major undertake the women's clothing design project of Hangzhou Hongtai dress limited company. Students completed 100 sample designs for women's garments, of which 42 were immediately employed by the company as production products.


    Poor adaptability of university graduates often requires training. The "2+1 talent training mode" was adopted to solve this problem effectively. In the 3 year schooling system, the students studied in the college for two years and went to the enterprise to work in a year. The hospital adopts this method to form an order class jointly with Vic, Shanshan, Taiping bird, Shen Zhou and other groups. This kind of practical technical personnel can work on post and is well received by enterprises.


    "The designers of fashion design in undergraduate institutions are designers, and we are training designer assistants." Han Chunyu, vice president of Clothing Institute, said. "This kind of positioning enables students to balance their mentality and feel at ease in their jobs, and the company is satisfied."


    The students in this college have strong practical ability because the teachers have practical experience. Wang Aimin, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Institute, said that the teacher had 1/3 from the enterprise, and the dean of clothing academy Zhang Fuliang, vice president Ye Wan Yin and vice president Han Chunyu had worked in the enterprise for many years, and they also served as technical advisers of many enterprises. Therefore, the hospital's professional setting, curriculum and teaching materials can be adjusted in time according to market needs, and what knowledge will be added to the enterprise.


    Mao Dalong told the author that the hospital reached an agreement with YOUNGOR this year to jointly train 100 store owners and to train 140 electromechanical and communication personnel in urgent need of rail transit in cooperation with Ningbo rail transit group. "Students must be trained according to the needs of local economic development and business reality," Mao Dalong said.
