Thousands of enterprises should ensure energy saving capacity of 20 million tons of standard coal. We should vigorously promote energy conservation and power generation dispatching, and give priority to dispatching renewable energy sources and large capacity and efficient coal-fired thermal power generating units to generate electricity. We will further strengthen DSM, formulate and implement the power supply plan during the peak period of electricity consumption, and ensure the rational use of electricity for residents. We must resolutely reduce the electricity consumption of enterprises with high energy consumption and high emissions, and collect punitive electricity prices for units that exceed the quota of energy consumption per unit of products prescribed by the state and local governments. (five) strictly enforce the laws and regulations on energy conservation and emission reduction, and resolutely investigate and punish illegal activities. As soon as possible, the energy conservation assessment and review methods for fixed assets investment projects will be introduced as soon as possible, and the formulation and revision work of the standards of energy-efficient motors, variable frequency speed regulation technology and advanced power generation equipment should be promoted, and the energy consumption quota standards of major energy consuming products should be improved. We must seriously investigate and deal with illegal projects, impose preferential tariffs on high energy consuming enterprises, seriously waste energy resources and seriously pollute the environment.
