Law enforcement officials pointed out that the products and promotional activities of the store were misleading some customers to be deceived, and their behavior constituted a violation of the alleged "brand name". At the same time, the brand shoes and sports shoes such as "spider king", "kappa" and "XTEP" sold by the shop, could not provide valid proof materials, suspected of trademark infringement.

The law enforcement officers temporarily suspended the 200 pairs of "Red Golden fly" leather shoes, which were suspected to infringe 60 pairs of leather shoes and sports shoes, including "spider king", "kappa" and "XTEP".

At present, the case is still under investigation and processing.
