The reward funds are directly allocated by the Municipal Finance Bureau.

Hangzhou will continue to provide financial support to the outdoor publicity and advertising products of silk and women's clothing enterprises, including product publicity, image advertisements and the overall image of Hangzhou silk and women's clothing industry.

The applicant should submit the capital application form of Hangzhou silk and women's clothing industry development project, the photocopy of the business license, the tax registration certificate, the famous brand products and famous trademarks above the city level, the photocopy of the certificate of "ten strong silk and women's clothing enterprises", "the ten silk and women's clothing brand" of Hangzhou, the contracts, invoices and on-site photos of the projects implemented on that year.
