    In the face of these problems, how should we solve them and what kind of assistance do we need?


    First, the state should attach importance to the training of talents in design and development, and cultivate a group of high-quality and market oriented fashion designers.


    To explore our own national culture, the comparison of design lies in the comparison of national cultures in different countries and regions, both in the past and in the present.

    "National characteristics" is based on five thousand years of Chinese culture in the design concept. Traditional culture is the soil that all nations depend on. Only by designing the local culture can we create brilliant works.


        

    In the process of the spread of fashion, designers, as the "source", grasp and decide the direction and content of the fashion, so they are known as "the new life style". They are the initial wear of the designer's works, and will be the most appealing and appealing drivers. Most of the ordinary consumers are accustomed to following the guidance and advice of fashion experts.

    Therefore, in order to improve our clothing industry, we must create conditions for designers to enhance communication with garment enterprises, create opportunities for designers to learn, broaden their horizons, improve their design quality, attach importance to supporting and promoting excellent designers, and constantly disseminate designers' works to consumers, so that consumers can know more about designers' design, so designers can guide people's consumption and fashion.


    Second, we must attach importance to the development of new products such as garment fabrics.


    The fatal weakness of China's clothing industry is not only the weak ability of clothing design, but also the lack of new varieties of clothing materials.

    Therefore, there is no ability to lead fashion and trend. Market competition relies too much on the advantage of low labor cost.

    Although China's garment industry has been trying to catch up with the world trend in recent years, it has not yet formed its own unique style and characteristics.


    To speed up the internationalization of China's garment industry, we must first strengthen the R & D and production technology level of fabric resources in China's textile manufacturing industry, so as to reduce the cost of clothing enterprises and improve the advantages of fabric resources.

    Fabric should be a major breakthrough. Special fabric research institutes must be set up to improve the design, color and variety, and produce a large number of high-end fabrics in combination with market needs.

    Some large garment enterprises in Liaoning have made full use of the resources advantages of local hemp and flax, jointly developed with universities and colleges, and made fabric improvement and achieved good economic results.

    This shows that some clothing people in China have realized the urgency of improving fabrics and put them into practical production.


    Third, we should give some preferential policies to international famous brand enterprises that are built in China, and some enterprises can make "commissioned production".


    Brand producers do not directly produce products, but are responsible for designing and developing new products, controlling sales channels, and giving specific processing tasks to other enterprises.

    For small and medium enterprises with insufficient funds and medium technology, "commissioned production" can learn advanced production technology and rich management knowledge from abroad, and enhance their integration of design and process through experience accumulation, so as to improve the overall quality of enterprises.

    For large enterprises with relatively high capital and technological strength, they can rely on their own technological strength to participate in the development strategy of high level "commissioned production", and do some products with high technical threshold, difficulty in technology, technical barriers, but relatively high profits. They will gradually improve and do their best to form their own core strengths in manufacturing, so as to accumulate capital quickly and build up their own strength for building a strong brand.


    Fourth, support some potential domestic enterprises, so that they have sufficient resources and space to develop, create a number of differentiated, personalized strong domestic brands, boycotting multinational companies to grab the high-end market of Chinese clothing.


    After joining the WTO, the domestic business environment has changed. The textile and garment enterprises are facing the challenge of the strong global brands that are entering the Chinese market. They have been eyeing the middle and top grade textile and garment market in China.

    We must be able to "go out" if we can't wait for death.

    The state should list some key development objects, let them invest directly in foreign countries, take local production and sales according to local culture and consumer demand, and radiate the surrounding market and seize certain international markets.

    For enterprises already occupying certain international influence, they should also focus on funding.


    The support of the state is particularly important for the fierce competition in the international garment industry.

    We also need to improve our quality.

    We must discard the obstacles of the backward and incompatible competition mechanism, strengthen international exchanges, improve the comprehensive ability of design, production and operation, further consolidate the domestic market share, and actively explore the international market space, so that the traditional pillar industry of Chinese garment industry can stand in the forest of the world fashion power.
