4月25日，考察團在杭州服裝商會副秘書長孟平的陪同下，先后前往杭州四季青中紡中心服裝城、嘉曼（杭州）服飾有限公司進行考察。在詳細了解四季青中紡中心服裝城的運作之后，考察團對其經營管理產生了濃厚興趣，并做了詳細的咨詢。
Deng Ziju, assistant general manager of Da Ying Dong International Garment Trade City, said that after half a year's formal operation, the garment center of China textile center can achieve the present business results, and its management method has its own uniqueness, which has some reference for Da Ying.
In April 26th, the delegation went to the Alibaba headquarters in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. Accompanied by Wang Gang, director of Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd., they visited the headquarters of Alibaba. The two sides also exchanged views on the development of online trade of Humen garment enterprises.
