    In another 10 years, when the Chinese market is relatively mature, the opportunity of the garment industry is almost the same as that of other industries. At that time, there were more excellent brands and more successful entrepreneurs in the clothing industry.

    In the rich list or wealth list, a large proportion of them are engaged in real estate; but in the future, for example, in another 10 years, if the real estate owners occupy the top 10 or 100 place of the list of wealth, our economy must be in trouble.

    Xu Bin believes that the industry that can generate large amounts of domestic demand, besides real estate and automobiles, is also a big field.

    There are no business leaders like Liu Chuanzhi and Zhang Ruimin in the clothing industry.

    In the future, in the process of garment enterprises becoming bigger, successful entrepreneurs must be very interested in clothing research, thinking and creativity.

    At the present stage, the field of clothing consultation and training is complicated. On the one hand, clothing enterprises do not form a good view of consultation, do not know how to deal with consulting companies; on the other hand, consulting firms are not mature enough, and there are not many consulting firms that have core competitiveness.

    At the present stage, clothing enterprises have two views on consulting companies: first, if they are like gods, expect the consulting companies to come back to life and get rid of the disease; the other is to disregard them, and to consult with the consulting companies with suspicion. Even if they cooperate with the consulting companies, they are also afraid of the world without confusion.

    In fact, these two viewpoints are wrong, which are unfavorable for enterprises, consulting companies and individuals.


     


    He said that a mature enterprise should learn to deal with consulting companies and put the consulting companies in the right place. Consulting companies are not doctors, nor are they selling wild drugs. They will neither get rid of drugs nor swindle them.

    The advantage of consulting companies is to grasp the law of the development of things, form a systematic way to solve problems, and set up their own tool models for solving problems.

    For the difficulties faced by the garment enterprises, the consulting company can stand in a more objective perspective and use more systematic methods to put forward more effective solutions. These capabilities are not available to a single enterprise and can not be available.

    Behind each of the world's top 500 companies, there will be several long-term collaborative consulting companies, from different angles to help enterprises grasp the direction, improve management and operation.

    Mature multinationals will never go to the consulting firm when they are in the dark. They will establish long-term cooperative relationship with consulting companies and accompany them through the spring, summer, autumn and winter.


     


    Only after a long run in, can the consulting firm really understand the problems of the enterprise, so as to really prescribe a good prescription when needed.
