In every knitting mill, the white grey cloth is piled up, and almost all the spaces in the needle dyeing area, including the parking lot and the open-air stadium, are all covered with white cloth, leaving only aisles in the factory area.
The head of a company told the factory that the dyed dyed fabric had reached the capacity of the plant for 10 days. The original idea was to use 10 days to digest the stock grey cloth. However, the grey fabric newly pported into the plant every day exceeded the finished color fabric, and the amount of grey cloth in the factory area did not decrease.
But the production of the Shishi long car weaving and dyeing mill is very cold. The operating rate of the long car is seriously insufficient. Some factories have six holidays every Friday. The factory area is more spacious, and the business vehicles can enter the factory parking area. Unlike knitting dyeing factories, even the cars of their own enterprises have to spend the night outside the factory area.
It is reported that due to the Shanghai World Expo and Guangzhou Asian Games, the dyeing and finishing enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces were restricted to production. Many provinces were pferred to Shishi, causing the small peak season of the Shishi knitting industry to become a big season.
Because the demand is greater than the supply, the Shishi knitting dyeing industry has fined the processing fee two times upward, but it still can not stop Dan Ru flying like a snowflake.
In contrast, the long car weaving and dyeing and finishing industry is seriously inadequate, which has affected the operating rate, and the processing cost of cotton shuttle weaving has reached the lowest point in history.
Although the start-up rate of long car companies is insufficient, many factories are stacked with grey cloth in their warehouses.
The manufacturer told us that because of the continuous rise of cotton and cotton yarn prices, many customers had already entered the factory early, but they did not order. The dyed factories became the warehouse of cloth shops.
According to the analysis of the industry, the causes of knitting and shuttling dyeing and finishing are two ways. The knitted fabrics are mostly polyester cotton blended fabrics. They are mostly used in single suit and sports leisure suit series. The market demand is particularly strong. The polyester fiber is limited and the fabric cost is not great pressure on the garment industry.
The long car is mainly dyed all cotton cloth, affected by the rapid rise of cotton yarn prices, apparel industry and cloth shops still take a wait-and-see attitude.
It is said that knitted grey fabrics are mostly produced in the local circular knitting industry, while high count and high density cotton woven fabrics are basically imported from abroad.
Shishi knitted dyeing industry generally believes that the peak production period from the beginning of the year is expected to last until September this year. It is the longest peak season for production in recent years.
However, although the production of the knitting mill is sufficient, it does not mean that the knitting mill will earn enough money.
This year, because of the increase in labor costs by about 15%, the cost of dyestuff materials has also increased by 15% - 20%. The profit margins of single ton of fabric dyeing and finishing are very limited.
