Seventh quality tests

(1) Party A shall, after receipt of the parts, check its specifications and quality according to the technical standards provided by Party B. If Party B finds that the specifications and quality of the parts supplied by Party B are not up to the technical standard or the quantity is insufficient, Party B shall be responsible for the replacement or supplement of the inspection reports submitted by Party A to Party B.

Eighth force majeure
